Our service center is staffed by factory-trained technicians specializing in the repair and service of your product. Please print and complete the Repair Form and include a copy with the return of your instrument. Please get in touch with our Repair Department with any questions.
The repair facility is located at the main office in Branchburg, New Jersey. Our technicians are factory trained and can work on the products we sell. Other equipment can also be repaired and will be determined by inspection. Any repairs sent to us require a Repair Form. We can provide a box and a shipping label for your repairs. Please email or call us for this service.
Repairs are completed upon customer approval. We provide free repair quotes, but equipment inspection & return shipping fees will be applied to all declined repairs.
